Hassle-Free Return and Refund Policy

At NuSauces, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Here’s how we ensure a smooth return and refund process:

Returns Accepted for 14 Days:
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all sale and promo items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Provides Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Product Condition:
Due to the nature of our products, they must be unopened, sealed, and in the same condition as received. If your products were damaged during shipment, we will issue a refund or exchange upon receiving photographic proof and your purchase receipt from www.nusauces.com.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Easy Return Process:
To start a return or refund, simply contact us at hi@nusauces.com with your order number and details. We’re here to help!

Retailer Purchases:
For items purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly for any return, refund, or exchange requests. Unfortunately, we cannot process these directly.

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if it has not been processed. Please note, this is not guaranteed if your package has already been shipped.
