Hereâs how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced into squares or any shape of your preferenceÂ
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- NuSauce Sriracha Maple Sauce
Instructions:

Cook the Salmon:
Coat salmon fillets generously with NuSauce Sriracha Maple Sauce. Bake, grill, or pan-sear until golden and caramelized. -
Assemble the Bowl:
- Start with jasmine rice as the base.
- Add shredded carrots, edamame, cucumber slices, and avocado.
- Top with the cooked salmon.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives for a finishing touch. You can add a dash of coconut aminos for extra punch. -
