Sriracha Maple Salmon Bowl

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced into squares or any shape of your preference 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • NuSauce Sriracha Maple Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Salmon:
    Coat salmon fillets generously with NuSauce Sriracha Maple Sauce. Bake, grill, or pan-sear until golden and caramelized.

  2. Assemble the Bowl:

    • Start with jasmine rice as the base.
    • Add shredded carrots, edamame, cucumber slices, and avocado.
    • Top with the cooked salmon.
  3. Garnish:
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives for a finishing touch. You can add a dash of coconut aminos for extra punch. 

  4. Drizzle & Enjoy:
    Add an extra drizzle of NuSauce Sriracha Maple Sauce for that perfect kick!
